The South West Coast Path

The SWCP Path Collection is a seven-piece series of wearable art that strings together the entire South West Coast Path from Minehead all the way to Poole. Each design is crafted to flow seamlessly into the next, just as the trail winds from one landscape to another, so that when viewed side by side, they form a continuous, panoramic tribute to the coastline. Across the series you’ll traverse rugged Exmoor moors and sheep-grazed commons, chart the fossil-strewn cliffs of Somerset, follow the Zoo’s acorn-topped path markers into North Devon, dodge Clovelly’s famous donkeys, skirt Lundy Island and smuggle in seals at Hartland Point, leap across Cornwall’s surf-battered coves, Minack Theatre cliffs and mermaid lore, swing by Fowey’s historic ships, and finally ride ferries past Burgh Island, pirate haunts and Agatha Christie’s landmarks in South Devon. What’s more, we shared these designs with locals and hiking enthusiasts along the route, receiving over 500 pieces of feedback to shape this collection and ensure it’s a true representation.

Each garment layers richly detailed motifs—ammonite fossils, topographic lines, tide-etched signage, local pub crests (The Square & Compass, The Jolly Sailor, The Grapevine, The Ancient Mariner and more)—with a muted palette inspired by salt-weathered stone, seafoam and storm-cloud skies. Fine touches, like the Devon and Cornwall flags, the Exmoor stag, a ram motif and tram iconography, root every piece firmly in its place on the map, while the connected-border graphic ensures that every design slotting together feels like picking up where the last left off.

This collection includes t-shirts, posters, hats and tea-towels—all completely eco-friendly and plastic-free.
