At Iconic Merch, all of our products are made to order to reduce waste and ensure sustainability. We use a print-on-demand model, meaning your items are custom-printed just for you.

Production Times

All orders are printed in the UK. Production typically takes 3-5 working days from the date of order placement. Once your item has been printed and quality-checked, it will be shipped to your chosen delivery address.

Shipping Times

After production, shipping times will vary depending on your location:

• UK Orders: Estimated delivery within 2-5 working days after dispatch.
• European Orders: Estimated delivery within 5-10 working days after dispatch.
• US Orders: All orders are shipped via USPS with full tracking. Once your order has been printed, delivery typically takes 3–5 working days.

   

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays for international orders or courier disruptions.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if available) so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

• As all items are made to order, we are unable to expedite production times. If you need an order by a specific date, please contact us at help@iconicmerch.co before placing your order, and we’ll do our best to assist.
• Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly during checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
