Crossing The Teign

The Crossing the Teign collection celebrates the great seaside town of Teignmouth and the beautiful village of Shaldon Across the Teign.  The Teignmouth to Shaldon Ferry is a central part of life on the River Teign and is possibly the oldest passenger service in England.

A true day out is a pint or G+T at the Ship Inn soaking up the sun on the back-beach, what a ‘’sunday shipfest’’ waiting for the ferry, ‘’there goes the ferry’’, you missed it again - ah well. Followed by another at The Ferry Boat, I’ll ‘’just pop in for one’’ mind.
