Refund policy
Please note that our products are print-on-demand and made specially for you to reduce waste. As a result, certain restrictions apply to returns and exchanges.
30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You’ll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at help@iconicmerch.co. Please note that returns must be sent to the address provided by our team. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exceptions to Our Return Policy
Due to the nature of our business, the following exceptions apply:

Custom and Personalized Items
As our products are custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues. Please refer to our detailed size guide before placing your order.- This policy does not affect your statutory rights, and we will gladly replace or refund items if they are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:- The item is defective, damaged, or
- You receive the wrong item.
We will evaluate the issue and work with you to resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items
- We do not accept returns for sale items, gift cards, or hazardous materials (such as flammable liquids or gases).

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to place a new order for it. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
- This right applies only to non-customized items.
- Items must be in the same condition that you received them: unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and confirm whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at help@iconicmerch.co.
